Job summary

Retell AI is hiring a Mandarin-speaking software engineer for a remote, full-time 1099 contract. You will work with enterprise customers to build AI voice agents and resolve deployment challenges.

Responsibilities include onboarding enterprise clients, scaling AI voice agents, debugging APIs, webhooks, SIP, telephony, authentication, and latency issues. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of backend software engineering experience.
• Proficient in Python and Node.js.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, databases, and system design.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English with excellent communication.
