Job summary

Chenega MIOS is seeking an Intermediate Messaging Specialist to provide operational and user support for enterprise messaging environments, including Microsoft 365 Exchange Online (GCC) and related email services. The role covers mailbox management, issue resolution, and documentation, with a focus on security and compliance.

Based on the East Coast remote work model, you will participate in migrations, updates, and mobile device support, while ensuring service continuity and clear reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; 2+ years of experience in enterprise email systems.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Exchange Online (GCC) or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for enterprise messaging systems and services.
• Support Exchange Online email, calendaring, archiving, collaboration, and mobile access.
• Manage mailbox accounts per procedures and assist with migrations and updates.
• Provide Tier I/II support for email issues and escalate as needed.
• Document processes, training materials, and operational reports.
• Support mobile device management and government-furnished devices.
