Job summary

Sun Chemical Corporation seeks a Messaging Systems and Mobility Analyst to support global messaging, collaboration, and mobile device environments. You will administer Exchange Online/On-Prem, manage devices, and enhance security and compliance.

You will work under the Messaging Systems Manager, configuring PowerShell reporting and assisting with Intune, Purview, Defender, and ITIL-aligned procedures while contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of IT support, messaging administration, or mobility management experience.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online and Teams.
• Experience with iOS/Android devices and device lifecycle processes.
• Familiarity with security practices and incident response basics.

Responsibilities

• Administer Exchange Online and Exchange On-Premises mail infrastructure.
• Support hybrid Microsoft 365 messaging environment and mail flow monitoring.
• Create and troubleshoot PowerShell scripts for messaging and reporting.
• Manage Active Directory objects related to messaging (shared mailboxes, contacts, groups).
• Assist with Intune, Purview, Defender, and security/compliance activities.
