Job summary

Hightouch is seeking a Deployment Architect to own end-to-end Email and SMS deployments for enterprise customers across Europe. You will lead discovery workshops, translate requirements into scalable messaging architectures, and drive migrations with stakeholders across integrations, data flows, and channel configs.

The role requires strong technical PM skills, experience with major marketing platforms, and a track record of guiding complex deployments from discovery to launch.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience implementing or migrating enterprise email/SMS platforms.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into scalable messaging architecture.
• Experience leading complex enterprise deployments across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment and migration for enterprise Email/SMS customers.
• Lead technical discovery and workshops translating requirements into architecture.
• Develop migration plans to manage dependencies and accelerate value.
• Drive implementation across stakeholders including config, integration, testing, cutover.
• Lead SMS provisioning, including sender setup and regulatory dependencies.
• Partner on deliverability, domain/IP strategy, and warm-up readiness.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to identify risks and blockers.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to resolve blockers and capture feedback.
• Create repeatable frameworks and best practices for scalable deployments.
