The role combines technical leadership and people management, guiding roadmap and feature delivery at scale in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in roadmapping and executing significant features and products while upholding a high technical bar.
• Increase the pace of execution through leadership and technical expertise.
• Grow the team by recruiting, evaluating candidates, and building high-impact teammates.
• Improve reliability and incident management hygiene to reduce customer-impact incidents.
• Foster growth and engagement of team members to maintain momentum and motivation.
• Content Generation: help marketers create high-quality, on-brand content at scale using foundation models with context, brand guidelines, and historical campaign performance.
• Context Management: build systems to ingest, organize, and retrieve customer context so agents can reason effectively and stay grounded.
• Insights: build systems to generate actionable insights about campaigns, performance, and competitors and how to act on them.
• Orchestration: integrate with ad and lifecycle platforms to launch and manage campaigns reliably across channels.
