Job summary

Kids for the Future seeks an Enterprise Learning Facilitator to deliver engaging training that supports employee development and organizational initiatives. You will partner with business leaders to identify learning needs and deliver instructor-led sessions across enterprise programs, in-person, hybrid, or virtual, with coaching to reinforce new skills.

The role is exempt, remote, with up to 10% travel and requires a 4-year degree and 2+ years of facilitation experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience facilitating instructor-led learning in corporate or professional settings.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience delivering learning in virtual, in-person, and hybrid environments.
