Job summary

TIDI Products is hiring an Integrations Manager to lead the enterprise integration program, shaping strategy and platform choices across customer platforms, ERP, manufacturing, supply-chain, finance and analytics. The role will simplify the integration landscape, reduce manual handoffs, and improve data reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Seven+ years of enterprise integration experience.
• Experience designing, delivering, and supporting business-critical integrations.
• Experience integrating ERP, CRM, manufacturing, supply-chain, or SaaS.
• Experience leading technical employees or cross-functional tech initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise integration strategy and roadmap.
• Assess and simplify the integration environment and future roles of key platforms.
• Lead design and delivery of secure, scalable integrations across ERP, manufacturing, and cloud systems.
• Improve external customer journey by streamlining information flow across processes.
• Strengthen connectivity with customers, distributors, and partners.
• Own health of integrations with monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement.
• Establish standards and ownership for integration architecture, data flows, and deployment.
• Build and lead the Enterprise Integration function with internal and external partners.
