Job summary

Unite Us is seeking an Enterprise Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end implementations from a remote, U.S.-based position. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, guide customers through project plans, and help launch Coordinated Care Networks with health and human services partners.

Travel up to 20% may be required. The role offers a competitive pay range of $100,000–$125,000 yearly with a comprehensive benefits package and remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business, technology, consulting, public health, or social services.
• Proven ability to build relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; active listener.
• Organized and agile; able to keep projects running smoothly and pivot when needed.
• Experience analyzing data to extract insights and drive action.
• Experience learning new tools; Jira, Salesforce, and Google Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations as project manager and customer point of contact.
• Ensure on-time delivery by coordinating cross-team dependencies and go-live support.
• Scope customer collateral needs like training plans and workflow docs.
• Guide customers through project plan development and execution of Coordinated Care Networks.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders in health and human services to launch networks.
• Plan and monitor projects for varying complexities; lead SAML SSO implementations.
• Maintain accuracy of internal systems to manage project pipeline and resources.
