Job summary

Agfa HealthCare, a division of the Agfa-Gevaert Group, seeks an Enterprise Sales Director to lead the sale of our IT portfolio to hospitals and health systems. This individual contributor role focuses on the assigned geography and named accounts, with quota attainment and strategic planning responsibilities.

You will engage with C‑level stakeholders, manage the funnel in the CRM, develop annual territory plans, and collaborate with colleagues to close multi‑million-dollar deals in the healthcare

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years’ experience in a complex selling environment.
• Direct sales experience selling enterprise IT solutions to hospitals, academic medical centers, and large health systems.
• Active and advanced C-Level relationships within the assigned geography.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales plan by prioritizing prospecting, customer-facing selling time, and driving sales strategy.
• Manage the future market opportunity potential of the assigned geography and named accounts.
• Develop consultative sales relationships with key buying influences at each prospective opportunity, including multiple levels within the customer's organization.
• Own funnel management in the CRM system and drive territory development to close deals.
