Job summary

Everpure is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead enterprise banking and insurance deals in Germany from a remote position. You will own multi-year plans, manage the full sales cycle, and build C-suite relationships around business outcomes and regulatory needs.

You’ll collaborate with partners and internal teams to expand whitespace, drive ARR growth, and co-sell with channel partners, while navigating complex procurement and risk processes for regulated institutions.

Qualifications

• Track record of exceeding quota selling to large enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling B2B software/ SaaS or cybersecurity or infrastructure.
• Experience selling into banks or insurance in Germany; understand regulatory landscape (e.g. DORA, BaFin, NIS2).
• Strong account planning, prospecting and stakeholder management from IT leaders to the board.
• Experience co-selling with channel partners in direct and indirect sales models.
• Fluency in German and English; willingness to travel across Germany.

Responsibilities

• Own a focused portfolio of enterprise banking and insurance accounts with multi-year plans.
• Grow existing customers and win new logos in whitespace accounts.
• Lead the full sales cycle with cross-functional pursuit teams.
• Build relationships up to the C-suite, focusing on outcomes, ROI and regulatory compliance.
• Develop a strong pipeline and forecast; consistently exceed targets.
• Collaborate with channel partners and banking IT service providers to widen reach.
