Tom Trese is seeking an experienced Enterprise Fintech Sales Executive for a fully remote position. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in enterprise fintech sales, focusing on building relationships with banks and financial institutions.

This role involves developing strategic sales plans, managing complex sales cycles, and contributing to major AI transformation initiatives. Compensation includes a base salary of $160,000–$170,000 plus an uncapped commission structure.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise fintech, lending technology, or similar sales experience.
• Proven success selling into financial institutions.
• Experience engaging decision-makers such as Chief Credit Officers and Consumer Lending Leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic outbound sales plan.
• Build relationships with senior leaders across lending and risk organizations.
• Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from engagement to contract execution.
