Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a technically skilled professional to lead deployments of the Idira EPM solution. You will configure, deploy, and manage enterprise endpoints, architect rollout plans, and ensure policies align with security requirements.

The role requires expertise in networking, systems administration, and information security across Windows, Unix/Linux, and macOS, with strong scripting and API experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a similar discipline.
• 2+ years deploying Endpoint enterprise software.
• 2+ years in a technology implementation or consulting role.
• An understanding of networking, systems administration, and information security.
• Experience with Windows, Unix/Linux and macOS operating systems.
• MS AD knowledge is required, and AAD experience is preferred.
• REST API, JavaScript and PowerShell scripting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise deployments of the Idira EPM solution through deployment, configuration, and management
• Design and architect EPM rollout to meet customer security requirements
• Advise customers on how to satisfy business requirements with EPM polices
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of enterprise endpoint and privileged management
• Develop and maintain positive and productive customer relationships
• Broker communications between customer and Palo Alto Networks’s internal teams
• Resolve customer escalations while maintaining correct expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Assist with initial drafts of design, architecture, and planning documentation
