Coinbase, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Engineer to own the legal tech stack, including Ironclad, Evisort, Brightflag, DocuSign, and integrations with Salesforce, Snowflake, Workato, and more.

You will partner with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Engineering to deliver platform improvements, automation, and reliable data foundations across the legal toolchain, ensuring auditable, scalable workflows.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6+ years administering and evolving Ironclad and/or DocuSign in a production environment.
• Hands-on experience building integrations using Workato, REST APIs, webhooks, authentication flows.
• Experience performing data migrations, bulk data loads, and reconciliations.
• Ability to own a platform end-to-end and translate technical details for stakeholders.
• Experience with generative AI in workflows with human oversight.

Responsabilités

• Own Ironclad architecture, workflows, and contract lifecycle management.
• Build and maintain system integrations using Workato and APIs.
• Support adjacent Legal Platforms (Evisort, Brightflag, DocuSign).
• Execute data migrations, backfills, reconciliations, and data hygiene.
• Govern platform access and credentials, and document operations.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Engineering to ship changes safely.
