Job summary

Coinbase is seeking an Enterprise Engineer for the EE Legal Platforms team. You will own Ironclad workflows and contract lifecycle management, build integrations via Workato and APIs, and support adjacent Legal Platforms like Evisort and DocuSign.

You will ensure data integrity during migrations and govern access controls while partnering with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Engineering teams. Ideal candidates have 3–6+ years with Ironclad/DocuSign in production, strong integration skills, and

Qualifications

3 to 6+ years administering Ironclad and/or DocuSign in a production environment.
Hands-on experience building integrations using Workato and REST APIs.
Experience performing data migrations, bulk data loads, and reconciliations at scale.
Ability to own a platform end-to-end and translate technical details for stakeholders.
Utilizes generative AI responsibly with human oversight.
Demonstrates responsible use of AI copilots in daily workflows.

Responsibilities

Own Ironclad architecture and contract lifecycle management, including integrations.
Build and maintain system integrations using Workato and APIs.
Support Legal Platforms like Evisort, Brightflag, DocuSign with a focus on workflows.
Execute data migrations, backfills, reconciliations, and data hygiene.
Govern platform access and credentials for Legal systems.
Partner with Legal/Compliance/Security/Engineering to ship changes safely.
