Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Engineer to own the Ironclad architecture, CLM workflows, and key integrations across Legal platforms.

You will partner with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Engineering to deliver scalable, auditable workflows and data foundations in a remote-first company that values in-person surges for quarterly sessions. You will build integrations using Workato and REST APIs, perform data migrations, and govern access controls while driving cross-functional outcomes

Qualifications

• 3 to 6+ years administering Ironclad and/or DocuSign in production environments, including templates, workflows, and permissions design.
• Hands-on experience building integrations using Workato, REST APIs, webhooks, and data payloads with debugging capability.
• Experience performing data migrations, bulk data loads, and reconciliations at scale.
• Ability to own a platform end-to-end and translate technical details for Legal/business stakeholders.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own Ironclad architecture, workflows, and CLM including integrations to upstream/downstream systems.
• Build and maintain system integrations using Workato and APIs to reduce manual intake across Legal platforms.
• Support and evolve adjacent Legal Platforms like Evisort, Brightflag, DocuSign with focus on workflows and reliability.
• Perform data migrations, backfills, reconciliations, and ongoing data hygiene across the toolchain.
• Govern platform access and credentials, including service accounts, tokens, access controls, and docs.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Engineering to ship changes safely to production.
