Job summary

Travere Therapeutics in San Diego, CA, is seeking a Senior Director, Enterprise Data & Intelligence to lead the function and transform data into a trusted strategic asset for decision-making and AI readiness.

Reporting to the VP of Enterprise Technology & Solutions, you will define the multi-year roadmap, operating model, and investments, balancing MSP partnerships with building internal capabilities while partnering with AI strategy teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in CS/IS/Data Science/Engineering or related field
• 12+ years of leadership in Enterprise Data/Analytics/Data Engineering in life sciences/pharma
• Experience leading data platform implementations on modern cloud architectures
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and strategic sourcing
• Ability to influence executive leadership and drive cross-functional partnerships
• Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise data vision, strategy, and investment plan
• Evolve an MSP-first operating model and build internal capabilities over time
• Partner with business leaders to leverage trusted data for decision-making
• Lead architecture and evolution of the enterprise data platform
• Govern data quality, governance, and information management
• Oversee portfolio, budgets, vendor management, and enterprise architecture
• Collaborate with AI strategy teams to enable advanced analytics and AI readiness
