Travere Therapeutics seeks a Senior Director of Enterprise Data & Intelligence to lead the Data & Intelligence function, shaping strategy and a multi-year roadmap. You will partner with business units, AI strategy, and enterprise tech to deliver trusted data foundations for analytics, reporting, and AI initiatives.

The role balances strategic leadership with deep technical credibility, guiding data platform decisions while maturing internal capabilities and governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of leadership in Enterprise Data/Analytics,BI, or Data Engineering in life sciences/pharma.
• Experience building enterprise data strategies, roadmaps, and operating models.
• Proven success leading cloud-native data platforms and scalable architectures.
• Experience partnering with MSPs, vendors, and internal teams.
• Strong communication, budgeting, and executive collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise vision, roadmap, investment plan for Enterprise Data & Intelligence.
• Evolve operating model balancing centralized data with business-owned analytics.
• Partner with leaders to identify data-driven opportunities for better decisions and efficiency.
• Lead strategy, architecture, and evolution of the enterprise data platform for analytics and AI readiness.
• Establish governance, data quality, and information management with scalable processes.
• Build and lead the ED&I function, leveraging MSPs and evolving internal capabilities.
• Collaborate with AI Strategy & Engineering to enable AI initiatives with trusted data.
