Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in Enterprise Data, Analytics, BI, Data Engineering, or related discipline in life sciences/pharma.
• Proven experience leading enterprise data platform implementations using modern cloud tech and scalable architectures.
• Experience managing enterprise budgets, vendor relationships, and strategic sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise vision, strategy, roadmap, and investment plan for Enterprise Data & Intelligence.
• Establish and evolve an enterprise operating model balancing centralized data platforms with business-owned analytics.
• Partner with leaders to identify opportunities where trusted data improves decision-making and outcomes.
• Lead strategy, architecture, and evolution of the enterprise data platform for analytics and AI readiness.
• Maintain governance, data quality, and information management enabling business agility.
• Build the function via MSP-first model then internal capabilities over time.
