OU Health is seeking an Enterprise Data Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of the organization’s Enterprise Data Platform and Information Architecture Framework. This role collaborates with clinical, research, and administrative leaders to deliver a scalable analytics platform that supports diverse data needs.

The incumbent will build data models, manage data integration pipelines, and ensure privacy and security compliance across the data lifecycle.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or related field required.
• 5 years of experience in data architecture, database design, or healthcare IT required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement scalable, secure, and interoperable data systems (data warehouses, data lakes, real-time processing platforms).
• Define and maintain data models to standardize data across clinical, research, and operational systems.
• Design and oversee data integration (ETL/ELT) pipelines between OU Health and external entities.
• Collaborate with clinical, research, and administrative stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data solutions.
• Monitor and optimize database performance and integrate new technologies.
• Implement robust security and backup procedures to protect patient information and ensure privacy compliance.
• Prepare and maintain system documentation, data dictionaries, and architecture blueprints.
