Job summary

UB Associates, Inc. is seeking a Lead Business Intelligence & Analytics Architect to drive the design and implementation of a cloud-based data warehouse and analytics ecosystem.

You will partner with clinical, financial, and IT leadership to translate business needs into scalable data solutions. The role requires deep expertise in Epic Clarity/Caboodle, strong SQL skills, and a proven track record in healthcare analytics and governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing enterprise healthcare data platforms.
• Experience with Epic data models, including Clarity and Caboodle.
• Strong SQL development and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain a modern cloud-based enterprise data warehouse architecture.
• Define and maintain enterprise data architecture standards and roadmaps.
• Own the full data platform lifecycle from schema to monitoring and optimization.
• Design ELT/ETL pipelines and data ingestion incl. CDC and API integrations.
• Develop enterprise data models for analytics and reporting.
• Establish data governance, data quality, metadata management, and security standards.
• Architect solutions leveraging Epic Clarity, Caboodle, and other sources.
• Partner with leadership to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Mentor and guide engineering and analytics teams.
