• Proficiency with contemporary data pipeline tools and orchestration frameworks.
• Healthcare data or health-tech platform experience is required.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset and ability to work independently to drive projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable data ingestion frameworks for multiple EHR and clinical systems.
• Build reusable connectors and ETL/ELT pipelines with high data quality.
• Architect and maintain a unified, flexible data warehouse schema.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and error-handling across data workflows.
• Own projects end-to-end including design, implementation, and delivery.
• Partner with engineering leadership to define milestones, timelines, and dependencies.
