Job summary

DAS Integrators, LLC is seeking a DAS Design Engineer to support and optimize DAS performance across Denver metro sites. This is an on-site role with frequent field jobsite work, ideal for hands-on RF engineering and collaboration with carriers and field teams.

You will perform field tests, tune systems, monitor KPIs, and document configurations to ensure reliable connectivity for enterprise clients, carriers, and public venues.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of DAS/RF engineering experience.
• Strong RF analytical and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with RF testing tools: TEMS, iBwave, PCTEL, Anritsu.

Responsibilities

• DAS Performance Optimization — Analyze KPIs and optimize performance.
• RF Troubleshooting — diagnose interference and hardware issues.
• Carrier Collaboration — validate system performance with wireless carriers.
• Field Testing — perform walk/sweep tests with RF tools.
• System Monitoring — track alarms and KPIs.
