Job summary

A leading connectivity solutions provider is seeking a DAS System Performance Engineer primarily focused on ensuring optimal performance of distributed antenna systems across the Denver region. This full-time role demands strong RF engineering skills, experience with complex networking challenges, and the ability to travel extensively. Competitive salary of $80k-$100k is offered along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, PTO, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in RF Engineering, In-Building DAS, or related fields.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be able to travel within the region with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure installed systems are performing as designed.
• Responsible for onsite technical implementation and troubleshooting.
• Perform pre and post RF benchmark data collection.
