Job summary

Communication Technology Services (CTS) is seeking an Enterprise Sales Engineer for DAS to drive technical deal strategy across the Midwest and Mountain regions. Location is remote with preference for Chicago or Denver; up to 25% travel.

You will partner with Sales to qualify, design, scope, quote, and win complex enterprise wireless solutions. A technical SME will manage the full pre-sales lifecycle from RF benchmarking to final commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications) or equivalent.
• 5+ years of RF engineering and pre-sales experience in DAS/Small Cell.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for site surveys and milestones.

Responsibilities

• Technical Pre-Sales & Strategy: lead discovery, architect custom DAS solutions, tailor to client goals.
• Deal Support: assist Sales with technical presentations, RFP/RFI responses, CTS capability demonstrations.
• Proposal & Scope Creation: collaborate on SOWs, BOMs, and solution diagrams.
• Competitive Positioning: highlight CTS strengths against alternatives.
• Delivery Hand-Off & Customer Success: ensure smooth handoff to operations and ongoing pre-sales support.
• Industry Engagement: attend events and client site visits for live demos.
• Market Feedback: share trends to shape product roadmaps.
