Job summary

Synack in the United States is seeking a Regional Sales Director focused on the Mountain Region to grow enterprise logos in cybersecurity SaaS. This is a remote, individual contributor role reporting to the Regional VP of Sales, with quota responsibility and a hunter mentality.

You will build strategic relationships with enterprise buyers, deliver winning proposals, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across Colorado and adjacent markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales experience selling SaaS cybersecurity solutions to enterprise companies.
• History driving the full sales lifecycle with a hunter mindset.
• Ability to align stakeholders and communicate with executives.
• Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand the business with emphasis on new logos.
• Prospect and build relationships in key enterprise accounts.
• Lead technical and business discovery conversations with stakeholders.
• Deliver proposals, bids, and statements of work to C-level prospects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to advance the selling effort.
