Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Solutions Architect to shape the architecture and governance of a modern enterprise collaboration environment used across a large organization. You will guide platform standards, roadmaps, and adoption strategy for collaboration tools that support productivity and knowledge sharing.

This role serves as an escalation point for complex issues and collaborates with business and technical stakeholders to drive enterprise-wide adoption of Microsoft collaboration technologies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Microsoft platform architecture experience.
• 5+ years administering and architecting Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions.
• Experience supporting large enterprise environments with 10,000+ users preferred.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide governance initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and governance for SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Viva Connections
• Develop and maintain collaboration platform roadmaps
• Define standards, best practices, and architectural patterns for collaboration tools
• Evaluate new Microsoft features and strategize organizational adoption
• Serve as an escalation point for complex platform issues
