Job summary

Ensono is seeking a Principal Solution Architect – Cloud to drive strategic, multi-year cloud transformation programs for enterprise clients in the United States. You will lead architecture design, collaborate with Sales and Consulting teams, and guide execution from discovery through to delivery.

You will leverage deep cloud and infrastructure knowledge to shape roadmaps, craft business cases, and present compelling technical solutions to executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, consulting, or technical leadership within managed services or cloud environments.
• Client-facing consulting/managed services background for enterprise clients.
• Pre-sales or post-sales enterprise architecture with strong customer-facing track record.
• Deep knowledge of compute, storage, networking, security, automation, and DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and cloud migration patterns.
• Ability to develop multi-year technology transformation roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Executive-level communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience supporting solution pricing, cost modeling, and business case development.
• Familiarity with enterprise sales processes and leading technical workstreams across pursuit lifecycles.
• Must be a US citizen per client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the Lead Solution Architect for multi-year initiatives.
• Collaborate across Sales, Consulting and Solution teams to craft Pursuit, Solution and pricing strategies.
• Conduct discovery and architecture workshops to translate business needs into technical plans.
• Develop solutions that meet evolving client requirements and enable transformation.
• Present technical solutions and business cases to diverse audiences.
• Engage executives to gain buy-in for complex solutions.
• Partner with Product Management to drive roadmap enhancements.
• Create migration plans from high-level program frameworks to detailed runbooks.
• Lead migration milestones including testing, cut-over, and hand-off.
