Job summary

Ensono is seeking a Principal Solution Architect – Cloud to lead complex, multi-year transformation initiatives for enterprise clients in the United States. You will act as a senior technology adviser, shaping reference architectures, partnering with Sales, Consulting and Client Success, and owning the overall technical solution from discovery to deployment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, consulting or leadership in managed services/cloud/hosting
• Client-facing consulting background with enterprise experience in outsourcing, cloud or hosting
• Pre-sales or post-sales enterprise architecture with strong customer-facing track record
• Deep knowledge of compute, storage, networking, security, backup, DR, automation, DevOps, IT governance
• Hands-on with AWS, Azure, or GCP incl landing zones and migration patterns
• Ability to develop multi-year tech transformation roadmaps aligning business and tech
• Lead discovery sessions, architecture workshops and translate requirements into strategy
• Strong commercial/financial acumen incl pricing, cost modeling, business case, contracts
• Understand enterprise sales processes; lead technical workstreams through pursuit lifecycles
• Executive communication, storytelling; influence business and technology leaders
• Create high-quality architecture deliverables, proposals and SOWs
• Collaborate across sales, delivery, engineering, product, operations and execs
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking; navigate complex environments
• Executive presence, accountability, and sound judgment in client engagements
• US Citizenship per client requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives as Lead Solution Architect
• Collaborate to craft Pursuit, Solution, and Enterprise strategies
• Conduct discovery, assessments and workshops with cross-functional teams
• Develop and document solutions meeting client requirements and adapting to industry needs
• Lead solution development sessions and present to diverse audiences
• Gain executives’ buy-in for complex solutions
• Partner with Product Management to drive product roadmap enhancements
• Drive stability and innovation in client environments
• Push for higher value services aligned with Ensono offerings
• Lead complex projects from Architecture perspective with PMO
• Create migration plans and cut-over runbooks
• Assist as architecture lead through migration milestones
