Job summary

HelpfulRemote is seeking an Enterprise Client Success Manager to oversee relationships with large, government-related clients using ClassWallet’s digital wallet platform. You’ll drive adoption, renewals, and expansion while coordinating with sales, product, marketing, and support teams.

The role requires about 2 years in an enterprise CS role, strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, and CRM experience. Some travel (10–20%) is expected; PMP certification is preferred.

• Experience with state or local government is a plus.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; CRM experience.
