Job summary

Groupon is seeking an Enterprise Business Development Manager for Health, Beauty & Wellness to own nationwide new-logo acquisitions. The role is hybrid in Chicago or Texas, remote elsewhere, with discretion on deal terms within guidelines.

You will run targeted outreach, negotiate complex terms, structure deals, and hand off to Merchant Success after close, all while applying AI tools to accelerate results.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business, Sales, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years of Enterprise B2B sales experience - Health, Beauty & Wellness preferred, SaaS/digital marketplace valuable.
• Track record of meeting New Revenue and GP% targets with complex multi-stakeholder deals.

Responsibilities

• Run disciplined B2B outreach to high-value nationwide prospects.
• Own the new-logo enterprise pipeline from source to close.
• Negotiate pricing, margins, and contract terms within Enterprise guidelines.
• Understand partner needs before pitches to tailor proposals.
• Hand off to Merchant Success after close with aligned terms.
• Present strategic proposals to win deals.
• Use AI tools for prospecting and deal prep.
