Job summary

Greystar seeks an Enterprise Automation & AI Developer to design, build, and deliver low-code applications and AI-powered tools across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and enterprise AI platforms.

You will partner with business teams to translate needs into scalable solutions, evaluate emerging AI capabilities, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture. This role offers remote work within the United States and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related experience in productivity technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 products (SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Troubleshoot complex issues and translate requirements into scalable, low-code solutions.
• Experience with enterprise AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary developer for enterprise productivity and AI solutions.
• Design, build, and deliver low-code applications and AI-powered tools across Microsoft 365 and enterprise AI platforms.
• Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and extend existing solutions.
• Collaborate with end users and business teams to gather requirements and drive value.
• Provide SME guidance and escalations for core productivity and AI tools.
• Research and evaluate tools and technologies to meet company needs.
