Job summary

E2 Consulting Engineers, LP is seeking a Senior Enterprise AI & Power Platform Developer to architect and deploy secure AI-enabled solutions across the Guardian enterprise. You will design, build, and operationalize AI components using Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Dataverse, Power Automate, and APIs.

The role emphasizes responsible AI, human-in-the-loop controls, and scalable enterprise integration across Microsoft technologies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's or equivalent
• Strong experience with Power Platform and AI solutions
• Hands-on with Copilot Studio or similar
• Experience with generative AI and RAG patterns

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise AI solutions using Microsoft technologies
• Build AI-enabled workflows and conversational agents
• Implement RAG and enterprise grounding patterns
• Develop integrations via APIs and Power Automate
• Design human-in-the-loop controls and safeguards
• Develop Power Platform solutions using Power Apps and Dataverse
• Consume REST APIs and build custom connectors
• Develop services with Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Implement AI-assisted document processing and workflow automation
• Ensure security and least-privilege in AI solutions
• Monitor usage, errors, and costs
• Support ALM and CI/CD for Power Platform deployments
• Document AI patterns and reusable components
• Evaluate new Microsoft AI capabilities for adoption
• Assist with prototypes and PoCs for production transition
