Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Enterprise Architect II to join a leader in the Healthcare space. This remote role shapes architecture strategy and execution across a complex environment, ensuring technology direction aligns with business priorities.

You will partner with strategy, architecture, and business stakeholders to define capabilities, manage risk, and guide investment decisions while developing roadmaps and transition plans for long-term outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in application, integration, data, technology, or security architecture.
• Experience in the payer-provider space; HL7 and FHIR interoperability.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction for enterprise architecture aligned with strategy.
• Lead implementation of architecture strategies to meet business objectives.
• Guide architects in defining service capabilities and managing risk.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and requirements for EA success.
• Direct teams in baselines, targets, and transition plans for architecture.
• Build and maintain an architecture portfolio aligning IT investments with business goals.
