CHG Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Architect to guide CHG’s digital strategy and oversee architecture across the technology portfolio. You will lead AI-driven automation of EA services, define standards, and align technology with business goals, while collaborating with engineering, product, and governance stakeholders.

The role emphasizes cloud, data, security, and scalable architecture in a healthcare staffing context, with a focus on strategic roadmaps and value delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in application development, infrastructure or data engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in architecture or a related role with track record in software architecture and development projects.
• Proven ability to develop and implement enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Adopt an AI approach and automate the delivery of EA services including architecture governance, portfolio management and business architecture.
• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework and repository, defining principles, standards, capability maps and reference/target state architectures.
• Lead Solution Architecture for key enterprise initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to align with business and customer needs.
• Provide guidance to product development teams during development, implementation, and integration of new software solutions.
• Research, design, and evaluate software solutions and conduct POCs aligning with requirements and goals.
• Regularly review the EA program to improve effectiveness, including software architecture and development practices.
