Job summary

OneSource Virtual (OSV) is seeking an Application Support Analyst to be the primary contact for enterprise application support operations. You will triage, resolve, monitor batch processing and integrations, and maintain clear communication with end users.

The role emphasizes ownership, problem-solving, and building knowledge to reduce repeats while delivering timely status updates to stakeholders. Experience with Workday or similar ERP/HCM platforms is preferred, and remote work is supported.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
1+ years in technical support or IT operations with ticketing systems and SLA-based workflows.
Strong written communication; ability to follow troubleshooting procedures and escalation processes.
Familiarity with change management, basic security and disaster recovery procedures.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for incoming support requests and triage based on scope and priority.
Research and apply solutions independently before escalating; own troubleshooting process.
Monitor batch processing and integration jobs; identify failures and recover per documented steps.
Document issues, steps, and resolutions; maintain knowledge base and share learnings.
