Job summary

Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking an Enterprise Application Developer to design, develop, test, integrate, deploy and maintain complex client software within a fully remote model. Work is performed from one of MCW's registered payroll states, including WI and others.

You will design and implement solutions within the Click Commerce Research Extranet suite, convert ideas into specifications, diagnose issues, and collaborate with IT and end-users to deliver cost-effective outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience may substitute education.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development or related field.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, deploying and maintaining business applications.

Responsibilities

• Designs, analyzes, codes, tests, debugs, modifies and documents moderately complex applications.
• Converts concepts into detailed specifications for business projects.
• Diagnoses and resolves issues in maintenance and support of business applications.
• Interacts with client and technical teams to define requirements and develop solutions.
• Reviews new designs to ensure alignment with objectives and standards.
• Reviews and analyzes system configurations and performance for cost-effective solutions.
• Manages multiple requests and works independently to prioritize tasks.
• Collaborates with Research IT to plan and address upgrade activities.
• Partners with end-users and staff to diagnose and resolve process problems.
• Other duties as assigned.
