Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking an Enterprise Application Developer to design, develop, test, integrate, deploy, and maintain complex client software applications. This 100% remote position must operate from MCW registered payroll states and will collaborate with the Office of Research IT Team.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with a target salary range stated in the job posting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 3 years of software development experience.
• Experience with enterprise applications and integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Designs, analyzes, codes, tests, debugs, modifies and documents moderately complex applications in the context of Click Commerce Research Extranet application suite.
• Quickly converts concepts and ideas into solutions through detailed specifications for business application projects and customizations.
• Diagnoses and resolves issues in the maintenance and support of business applications.
• Interacts with client and technical teams to define requirements and develop solutions.
• Provides input when reviewing new business application designs to ensure consistency with objectives and standards.
• Reviews and analyzes existing system and server configurations to support cost-effective solutions.
• Manages multiple requests independently and maintains focus on priorities.
• Collaborates with the Office of Research IT Team to develop plans and timelines for upgrades.
• Partners with end-users and technical staff to diagnose and resolve problems related to business processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
