Job summary

MCW is seeking an Enterprise Application Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain client software applications as part of the Click Commerce Research Extranet suite. This is a 100% remote role with eligibility to work from MCW payroll states.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with responsibilities spanning full software life cycle activities, including design, development, testing, integration, deployment, and maintenance.

• Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis.
• Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree
• Minimum Required Experience: 3 years

Responsibilities

• Designs, analyzes, codes, tests, debugs, modifies and documents moderately complex applications in the context of Click Commerce Research Extranet application suite.
• Converts concepts and ideas into solutions through detailed specifications for business projects and customizations.
• Diagnoses and resolves issues in maintenance and support of business applications.
• Interacts with client and technical teams to define requirements and develop solutions.
• Provides input when reviewing new designs to ensure alignment with objectives and standards.
• Reviews and analyzes existing system configurations and performance for cost-effective solutions.
• Manages multiple requests and can work independently while prioritizing tasks.
• Collaborates with IT to plan and execute upgrade activities.
• Partners with end-users and staff to diagnose problems across business processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
