Job summary

Red Hat's FSI Technical Account Management team seeks an enterprise-level engineer with a background in Ansible Automation Platform to join us remotely in the Central or Eastern United States. You will partner closely with a financial services customer to provide architectural guidance and implementation advice for the Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.

Primary responsibilities include acting as a crucial liaison between the customer, the company, and organizations across Red Hat.

Qualifications

• Experience with Ansible Automation Platform and similar automation technologies.
• Experience with configuration management, application deployment, and infrastructure orchestration.
• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer advocate, facilitating cross-team collaboration.
• Deliver portfolio roadmap updates and assist with upgrades and implementation.
• Learn and stay current with container tech, microservices, and automation environments.
• Specialize in Ansible Automation Platform and its implementation.
• Review technical issues and share knowledge across teams.
• Understand the customer's technical environments, hardware, and usage.
• Respond to support requests via multiple channels.
• Provide strategic guidance on Red Hat products and solutions.
• Manage customer cases with clear documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, R&D, product management, and support.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for issue resolution.
• Grow customer relationships through proactive support.
