Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking an Enterprise Analytics Consultant to support executive leadership with enterprise analytics, finance, and strategy initiatives. The role is fully remote, requiring strong stakeholder coordination and governance expertise across healthcare data domains.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in analytics with healthcare experience, plus a Master’s degree preference. You'll work with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Epic to deliver predictive and prescriptive insights for senior

Qualifications

Master’s degree (Preferred).
5 years of business acumen (Required).
5 years of statistical analysis experience (Preferred).
2 years of project management experience (Preferred).
5 years of analytics experience (Preferred).
5 years of healthcare industry experience (Preferred).
Ability to guide stakeholders, shape analytic direction, influence decisions, and present recommendations.

Responsibilities

Supports executive leadership and VP-level analytics with enterprise analytics, finance, and strategy initiatives.
Leads cross-functional analytics projects and governance initiatives aligned with top-line goals.
Guides development of analytic models, dashboards, and strategic reporting for enterprise use.
Administers enterprise-level data governance functions and ensures data quality across domains.
