Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking an Enterprise Analytics Consultant to support executive leadership across enterprise analytics, finance, and strategy. This fully remote role coordinates cross-functional analytics and governance initiatives to drive top-line goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong data analytics skills, experience with modeling, ETL, and healthcare systems, and the ability to guide stakeholders and present insights to senior leaders. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred.
• 5 years of business acumen.
• 5 years of analytics experience.
• 5 years of healthcare industry experience.
• Experience guiding stakeholders and presenting to leaders.

Responsibilities

• Supports executive leadership and VP-level analytics initiatives within the enterprise analytics community.
• Leads cross-functional analytics and governance initiatives in support of Sentara's strategic goals.
• Provides guidance on analytic models, dashboards, and strategic reporting; coordinates cross-functional efforts.
• Develops and administers enterprise-level data governance functions.
