Sentara Health is seeking an Enterprise Analytics Consultant to support executive leadership and cross-functional analytics initiatives. This fully remote role guides the development of analytics models, dashboards, and strategic reporting across the enterprise, while advancing data governance and governance functions.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in analytics and healthcare analytics, strong stakeholder leadership, and PM experience to drive enterprise-wide initiatives and data-driven

Qualifications

• 5 years of business acumen (Required)
• 5 years of statistical analysis experience (Preferred)
• 2 years of project management experience (Preferred)
• 5 years of analytics experience (Preferred)
• 5 years of healthcare industry experience (Preferred)
• Guides stakeholders, shapes analytic direction, influences decisions, presents recommendations to leaders

Responsibilities

• Support executive leadership and VP in enterprise analytics initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional analytics and governance projects aligned with top-line goals.
• Develop and govern enterprise-level data governance functions and analytics models.
• Provide guidance on dashboards, reporting, and analytic programs across the enterprise
