Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking an Enterprise Analytics Consultant to support executive leadership and cross-functional analytics initiatives. The role is fully remote and focuses on guiding analytic direction, governance, and strategic reporting across the enterprise.

Ideal candidates have experience in healthcare analytics, data governance, and senior-stakeholder communication, with a track record of delivering data-driven insights and dashboards to leadership teams.

Qualifications

• 5 years of statistical analysis experience (Preferred)
• ~2 years of project management experience (Preferred)
• Experience guiding stakeholders, shaping analytic direction, and presenting to leaders

Responsibilities

• Support executive leadership and VP-levels within the enterprise analytics community, including Enterprise Analytics, Finance, and Strategy.
• Lead and coordinate major cross-functional analytics and governance initiatives in support of Sentara's strategic goals.
• Provide guidance across the analytic community on key analytic models, dashboards, and strategic reporting, especially during cross-functional coordination.
• Develop and administer enterprise-level data governance functions.
