Job summary

Sentara Health is hiring an Enterprise Analytics Consultant to support executive leadership and cross-functional analytics across the enterprise. This fully remote role coordinates analytics and governance initiatives to align with Sentara's top-line strategic goals.

The candidate develops analytic models, dashboards, and governance processes, applying data exploration, visualization, and analytics programming across healthcare systems and finance functions.

Qualifications

• 5 years of statistical analysis experience (Preferred)
• ~2 years of project management experience (Preferred)
• Experience guiding stakeholders and shaping analytic direction
• Ability to present recommendations to leaders and cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with enterprise analytics, governance, and data quality

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional analytics and governance initiatives aligned with enterprise goals.
• Provide guidance across the analytic community on models, dashboards, and strategic reporting.
• Develop and administer enterprise-level data governance functions.
• Support executive leadership with analytics direction and governance decisions.
