This fully remote role guides stakeholders, shapes analytic direction, and coordinates cross-functional analytics initiatives to align with Sentara's strategic goals.

The role emphasizes data governance, analytics programming, dashboards, and reporting for enterprise-level decision making across ambulatory, acute, and post-acute settings.

Qualifications

• 5 years of statistical analysis experience (Preferred).
• ~2 years of project management experience (Preferred).
• Guide stakeholders, shape analytic direction, influence decisions, and present recommendations to leaders.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional analytics and governance initiatives.
• Develop and administer enterprise-level data governance functions.
• Provide guidance on analytic models, dashboards and strategic reporting.
