Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking an Enterprise Analytics Consultant to support executive leadership across the enterprise analytics community. The role is fully remote and focuses on guiding analytics direction, governance, and strategic reporting across Finance, Strategy, and Analytics teams.

The ideal candidate will bring strong SQL and BI skills (Power BI/Tableau), experience in data governance, and the ability to influence leaders.

Qualifications

• 5 years of statistical analysis experience (Preferred)
• ~2 years of project management experience (Preferred)
• Guides stakeholders and shapes analytic direction with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Supports executive leadership and VP-level analytics initiatives
• Leads cross-functional analytics and governance projects
• Develops enterprise data governance and reporting standards
• Mentors analytics community on dashboards and strategic reporting
