Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking an Enterprise Analytics Consultant to support executive leadership and cross-functional analytics initiatives. This fully remote role coordinates governance and data strategy across enterprise analytics, finance, and strategy teams to drive top-line results.

The ideal candidate has strong statistical analysis skills, with experience guiding stakeholders, presenting to leaders, and coordinating large-scale analytics programs that influence decisions and drive business

Qualifications

• 5 years of statistical analysis experience preferred.
• Approximately 2 years of project management experience preferred.
• Ability to guide stakeholders and present recommendations to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional analytics initiatives aligning with enterprise goals.
• Develop and govern enterprise data strategies, governance, and reporting.
• Translate business needs into analytic models and dashboards for leaders.
• Communicate findings clearly to executive leadership.
