Ladders is seeking an Enterprise Analytics Consultant to join a leader in the healthcare space in a remote US-based role. You will shape analytics capabilities, build dashboards, data models, and monitoring solutions to improve visibility of key business trends.

You will partner with leaders to strengthen governance and turn healthcare data into actionable insights. Responsibilities include developing Power BI dashboards, modeling data with SQL/Databricks, leveraging Epic Clarity, and driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 5+ years of business acumen experience.
• 5+ years of analytics experience preferred.
• 5+ years of healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, Databricks, Epic Clarity, and data governance.
• Experience in compliance, fraud detection, or pharmacy analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Build and optimize data models and ETL processes with SQL and Databricks.
• Leverage healthcare data and Epic Clarity for business insights.
• Lead enterprise data governance and quality initiatives.
• Create automated monitoring and anomaly detection solutions.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities and solve complex problems.
