Job summary

Experis Technology Group is seeking a seasoned Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data solutions for a healthcare client. This 12-month remote engagement offers a competitive hourly rate.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and multi-source integration. You will implement data flows, measures, RLS, and Power Automate integrations.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience.
Advanced/expert DAX and Power Query/M skills.
Strong data modeling and multi-source integration experience.
Proficiency with Power BI Service, dataflows, and RLS.
Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and semantic models.
Develop advanced DAX calculations and performance optimizations.
Perform data transformations with Power Query/M and optimize queries.
Integrate multiple data sources including SharePoint and Smartsheet.
Design scalable data models with complex relationships and fact/dimension structures.
Troubleshoot reports, refreshes, and data quality issues and improve performance.
Manage Power BI Service components, gateways, and scheduled refreshes.
Develop automated workflows with Power Automate and integrate with BI ecosystems.
Create user-friendly Power Apps to support business processes.
Document development changes and translate requirements with stakeholders.
