Sentara Health is seeking an Enterprise Analytics Consultant to support executive leadership across Enterprise Analytics, Finance, and Strategy. This role leads cross-functional analytics and data governance initiatives, develops enterprise reporting and dashboards, and partners with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, Databricks, Epic Clarity, data governance, and healthcare

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
5+ years of analytics experience, preferably in healthcare.
Experience with Epic Clarity healthcare reporting.
Strong Power BI development experience.
Data governance and data quality mindset essential.
Experience with surveillance, compliance, or investigative analytics.

Responsabilidades

Develop and maintain enterprise dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Build and optimize data models, ETL processes, and data pipelines with SQL and Databricks.
Leverage Epic Clarity and healthcare data sources to deliver business insights.
Lead and support enterprise data governance and data quality initiatives.
Create automated monitoring, anomaly detection, and surveillance reporting solutions.
Partner with leaders to identify opportunities and drive data-informed decisions.
